Sarah Olsen

Sarah is a choreographer, performer, and dance educator from Wappingers Falls, NY. She holds a bachelor's degree from SUNY Potsdam where she majored in dance and anthropology. At SUNY Potsdam, she trained in ballet, tap, jazz, modern, musical theater, composition, improvisation, and pedagogy. She has performed in numerous student and faculty concerts at the collegiate level. She also holds the K. Dunkley Award and Creative Achievement Award from SUNY Potsdam. Sarah has also created many original works and has had the opportunity to have her choreography presented at the American College Dance Associate conference for adjudication. She has completed training at the Perry-Mansfield performing arts school in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. She has also worked with choreographers and companies such as Peter Chu, Christopher K. Morgan, Balasole Dance Company, Well-being Dance, and DanceAction.
