Arts Education Program
DanceAction is dedicated to making an impact in the community. Our main purpose is to use our work to reflect social realities, foster a space for dialogue, and propel change.
DA works as a creative platform comprised of artists from multiple disciplines to produce performing arts works in collaboration and provide educational opportunities.
DA has facilitated dance workshops and open classes, locally and internationally. Many members of the company have developed their practice as teaching artists and early childhood educators, thus we would like to share these experiences offering educational opportunities. Artists from the dance and music industry have contributed to these experiences, some of them are Sofia Juan, Eran Fink, Thomas Gunderson Bond, Sarah Chien, Mary Madsen, and Emily Faulkner.
